Push Notifications

To send you notifications about nest events, we collect a device push token. This is a technical identifier that allows us to send notifications to your specific device. This token:

  • Is NOT linked to your personal identity
  • Is NOT shared with any third parties
  • Is used solely to deliver the notifications you request
  • Can be removed at any time by disabling notifications or uninstalling the app

What We DO NOT Collect

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Location data
  • Financial information
  • Usage analytics
  • Crash logs (unless you explicitly opt in via your device settings)
  • Any data that could identify you as an individual

How We Use Information

The device push token is used exclusively to send you notifications about nest events (arrivals, departures, hatch alerts, etc.) based on your preferences, which you can adjust in the app.

Data Sharing

We do NOT:

  • Sell your information
  • Share your information with third parties
  • Use your information for advertising
  • Track your behavior across apps or websites

Data Retention

Your push token is retained only while you have the app installed and notifications enabled:

  • Uninstall the app → token is immediately removed from our system
  • Disable notifications → token is removed within 24 hours

Children's Privacy

This app is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Since we don't collect personal information, parental consent is not required.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect any technical data (push tokens) in our possession. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
